2. Face Data

To provide our core service of photo rating and advice, we collect and process data related to the faces in the photos you upload.

Data Collection

We collect images that may contain your facial geometry and features. This data is extracted solely from the photos you voluntarily upload to the app.

Data Use

We use this face data exclusively to:

• Display your photos to other users for the specific purpose of obtaining the ratings and advice you requested.
• Analyze aggregate, anonymized trends in photo performance (e.g., lighting, angles) to provide automated tips.

We do NOT use your face data for facial recognition, identification of individuals, or authentication purposes.

Data Sharing

We do not share your face data with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. Your photos are shared only with:

• Other App Users: Your photos are shown to other users of Auralab strictly for the purpose of rating and providing feedback.

Data Retention

We retain face data for the shortest possible duration. Photos containing face data are permanently deleted from our servers immediately after they have received the requested amount of feedback. We do not retain face data for any period longer than necessary to provide the service.
