By accessing and using Auralab ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Auralab is a photo rating and advice application that enables users to:

• Upload photos for community feedback
• Rate other users' photos
• Provide and receive constructive advice
• Access aggregated feedback data

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. Content and Privacy

Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of the photos you upload
• You grant us a license to display your photos for rating purposes
• We automatically delete photos after they receive feedback

Community Guidelines

• Feedback must be constructive and respectful
• Harassment or bullying will result in immediate account termination
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies

6. API Usage

If you use our API, you agree to:

• Use authentication tokens as provided
• Respect rate limits and usage guidelines
• Not attempt to reverse engineer our systems

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Auralab and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Auralab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service
• We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

10. Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time through the application settings or by contacting us.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Use the Service in a manner harmful to other users
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Posting updated terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending email notifications for significant changes

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Auralab operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
